We held our first BCCC Forum in two years, on 17 October 2022, hosted by CBA in Sydney.

The theme of the Forum was ‘Keeping customers at the core’ and featured a range of thought-provoking speakers, insightful panel discussions and important updates on our work.

Thank you to the speakers and attendees who joined us in Sydney or virtually.

We have published resources used as part of the presentations below, where these are available.
