ABA and AFCA announce appointment of new BCCC Chair

On 12 February 2020, the Australian Banking Association (ABA) and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) announced the appointment of the Banking Code Compliance Committee’s (BCCC) new Independent Chairperson.

Former Australian Government Solicitor Ian Govey AM has been appointed to chair the BCCC for a three-year term from February 2020.
